GOOF-PROOF MICROWAVE FUDGE     Yvonne Cottrell

 

1/2 C cocoa

1 lb powdered sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 stick butter

1 tsp vanilla.

1/2 C chopped nuts

 

Mix cocoa and powdered sugar in bowl.  Pour milk over and put in butter on top.  Add vanilla.

Microwave 1 minute on high, stir.  Add chopped nuts, microwave 1 minute on high.  (Or cook 2 min. & add nuts.)  Beat until creamy and spread in buttered pan..  Refrigerate 20-30 min. or freeze 10 min.  This also makes good frosting
